It is with sadness that we report that one of the keynote speakers at the NZAE 2010 Conference, Peter Kennedy, unexpectedly suffered a heart attack and passed away on Tuesday September 1st 2010. Our deepest sympathies to his family, friends and colleagues.

Scott Brooker and Michael Kirker won the 2009 Jan Whitwell prize.
